Project Phases Explained:

• Estimate: costs are being calculated
  (given current market conditions, prices in this stage are subject to change)
• Contract: Prices are set with signed contract
• Permits/Utilities: Zoning/Building permits are purchased, 811 has marked all lines on property
• Excavation: Area for pool has been excavated and ready for installation
• Walls/Shell: Pool walls and/or Fiberglass shell have been set in place
• Plumbing/Backfill: All underground plumbing is complete, pressure tested, and backfilled
• Decking/Liner: Decking complete and/or liner installed
• Equipment: Pump-Filter-Chlorinator are set and installed
• Completion: Instruction on pool operation
